Jordan can remember first seeing Cafe at Bondi Pavilion as a tiny toddler in the early 90’s and being swept away by the rich and intricate harmonies. Fast forward 20 years and countless afternoons listening to the choir’s recordings on repeat, and the opportunity to join the group was too good to miss.  When he’s not singing, you might find Jordan on a sailboat, dabbling in the latest instrument to take his fancy, or building eLearning tools for music education.
